Felipa Guerrero Reyna

She was the heart of our family and found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved. One of the ways she shared her love was through her cooking. Her homemade tortillas and tamales were more than family favorites - they were expressions of her generosity, heritage, and the traditions she proudly passed down. The warmth of her kitchen and the meals she prepared brought family and friends together and created memories that will be treasured forever.

Above all else, she adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. They were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment she spent with them. Whether she was preparing their favorite meals, cheering them on at their events, or simply wrapping them in one of her loving hugs, she made each grandchild feel deeply loved and special.

She leaves behind a family who will forever be grateful for her unwavering love, gentle spirit, and the value she instilled in each of us. Though our hearts are broken, we find comfort in knowing that her legacy lives on in the traditions she taught us, the meals we will continue to prepare in her honor, and the love that continues to bind our family together.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Artemio C. Reyna, her grandson Robert Eichelberger, her parents Encarnación and Concepción Guerrero, 6 sisters (Aurora Martinez, Juana Gomez, Carmen Cardenas, Josefina Bernal, Alicia Sandoval, and María Guadalupe Guerrero), and 6 brothers (Rolando Guerrero, Wenceslao Guerrero, Encarnación Guerrero, Arturo Guerrero, Miguel Guerrero, and Luis Shadoan.

She is survived by her children Adriana Zirpoli (Stephen), Artemio Reyna Jr. (Carla), Veronica White (John), Claudia Wade (Kelly) and Melissa Eichelberger (Jeff); her grandchildren, Christina Sparks (John), Olivia White (Fiancé Nick), Alexandria Reyna, John White II (Fiancé Jessica), Artemio Reyna III “Tre” (Fiancé Olivia), Isabella Wade, Sophia Reyna, Jacob Wade, Lucia Eichelberger, Christopher Zirpoli, Amelia Reyna; her great grandchildren, Hayden Frederick, Avery White, Sophie Sparks and her brother Leopoldo "Cuate" Guerrero. Her love extended far beyond her immediate family, holding each of her nieces and nephews close to her heart.

In lieu of flowers, donations to “Berto’s bags” may be made in honor of her beloved grandson, Robert “Berto” Eichelberger. Your support helps provide comfort bags to families with babies in the NICU.

Visitation will be held at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122, US, on August 7, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Saint Ann Catholic Church and School, 6529 Stage Rd, Bartlett, TN 38134, US, on August 8, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.

A Committal Service will be held at West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125, US, on August 10, 2026, from 9:00 am to 9:20 am.
