Frances Louise Croom, age 92, of Savannah, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Frances was born November 28, 1932 in Memphis, Tennessee to Pete Fontana and Mary Agnes Fontana. She retired from Baptist Memorial Hospital as the Chemistry Laboratory Secretary. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed cooking for her family and fishing.
She is survived by her children, Chuck Croom (Kerry) and Don Croom (Wendy); grandchildren, Joshua Croom (Kristi), Taylor Croom (Trang), Austin Croom, and Camden Croom; and great-grandchildren, Cooper Croom, Charlie Croom, Cannon Croom, Thomas Croom, Easton Croom, and Atlas Croom. She was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, Joe Croom.
Graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 29 at 10:00 AM, at Elmwood Cemetery, 824 South Dudley Street, Memphis, Tennessee.
