A celebration of life for Frances will be held Saturday, June 14, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at New Stinson Community Church, 230 Frazier Rd, Rossville, TN 38066. A committal service will occur Tuesday, June 17, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:20 AM at West Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd, Memphis, TN 38125.
