Frances Louise Underwood, 91, of Memphis, passed away on December 11, 2014. She was born on April 16, 1923 in Little Rock, AR. Frances retired from McKesson Robbins Drug Company. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry F. Underwood, Jr.; her parents, John and Helen Wilder; and her son, Henry F. Underwood, III. Mrs. Underwood is survived by her son, Charles R.
