Gail Anita Honadle

Gail Anita Honadle was born to James and Mildred Nelson August 19, 1948. She was her mother’s eldest of four children. She was preceded in death by Frank Arrigo of Sevierville, TN; sister, Carol May and her husband Mike also of Sevierville, TN and sister, Karen Shultz of Terre-Haute, IN.

She made her trip to heaven on May 20, 2026.

Gail had four children; Bryan Flachbart passed at birth. Jeremy Flachbart passed when he was 16. Terrance James Flachbart and his partner Margaret of Brownsville, TN is the eldest and he has a son Mathew of Millington TN. James with the help of his family has supplied the time and effort necessary for the care his mother has needed for her last many months. Gail also leaves a son Christopher with wife Amber and children Savanna and Scarlet.

Gail leaves behind her husband of 17 years Dean Honadle. She accepted his family with daughters, Shannon Honadle of Collierville TN, Cheryl Yoder and family of Shelbyville TN. Sheila Larson and family of Calhoun GA and Darrell Honadle and family of Orange Park FL. She had a close bond with her husband's family.

Gail not only worked as a single mom but was a good seamstress. She made quilts for all her stepfamilies which were and are in use. She was a member of the NRA and supported our military local police, first responders and those in public service. She will be missed.

Visitation will be held at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122, US, on May 30, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at the same location on May 30, 2026, at 2:00 pm
