Gary William Scarborough, 68, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. He grew up in Memphis, and graduated from Messick High School in 1971. Gary operated his own business as a licensed farrier, and was a volunteer reader on WYPL radio. He also enjoyed playing the guitar.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents, William H. and Jewell L. Scarborough. He is survived by his brother, Steven H. Scarborough (Barbara); nephews, Christopher H. Scarborough and David W. Scarborough; and a niece, Melanie S. Rapp (Charles).
