Gene Frederick Frank, 54, of Memphis, passed away September 19, 2010. Gene was a graduate of Overton High School, State Technical Institute, and The University of Memphis, and was a longtime employee of the Internal Revenue Service. He was also a Methodist. He was the son of Charles K. Frank, Jr. and Jean Grantham Frank. He was preceded in death by his father and by his oldest brother, Charles K. Frank, III (Lynda). He is survived by his mother; brothers, Edwin G. Frank (Rosanne), Louis M. Frank; and nephew, Alexander “Grant” Frank. The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 22, 2010 from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the Private Family Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m both at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens – Poplar Chapel.
