GENEVA LOTTI BASSI, 93, formerly of Memphis, passed away Friday, February 11, 2011, at Autumn Leaves Nursing Home in Grapevine, Texas. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday, February 18 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens on Poplar Avenue. Geneva was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Memphis for over 70 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Julia Lotti, and her husband, John Bassi. She is survived by her son, John David Bassi (Dallas, Texas), her grandson, Christopher Bassi (Dallas, Texas), and her granddaughter Angela Bassi Juett (Will), her great granddaughter, Hannah Juett and great grandson Jack Juett, all of Alpine, Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Missions Department, First Assembly of God, 8650 Walnut Grove, Cordova, Tennessee 38018.
