Cecil was probably one of the greatest men I've known. Not only a great freind but a great husband and father. Always willing to give the shirt off his back. I'll always enjoy the many memories of days on the lake. Cecil will be missed by many. Rest in peace and I'm sure there will be fishing in up there.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Frank & I are extremely saddened to hear of Cecil's passing. He was a lively, fun-loving addition to our Class of 1967 at St. Joseph's in Greenville. Our condolences to his family.

Cecil's always friendly smile and helping hand will be missed by all who knew him. Richard Callicott, PM Unity Lodge.

A beautiful smile along with his graciousness was so present in him.I believe God needed another great fisherman on his team to help guide and feed us all with Glory when we come to share his house.
 Many Blessings to you.

Cecil was a hard worker for the Shrine as well as his family. I was associated with Cecil mostly in the Shrine and he loved the organization and was very active. He and his wife were also active members in the White Station Gourmet Club, where we spent many evenings together. We will miss you Cecil. Ray Harvell Past Potenate Alchymia Shrine Temple.

My sincere condolences to the Williams family. I've known Cecil since he joined us at St. Joseph High School in Greenville, MS around 1965. He was a very nice and well liked high schooler. He was a good friend to everyone and never had a bad thing to say about anyone. He was always smiling and happy. I remember he had the courage to stand up to a much bigger and stronger boy who bullied him. Cecil was a good man and will be missed. It's not often in one's life you get to meet a good hearted person. Cecil was such a man.
From Frank "Bubba " Mascagni and family.
