Gloria Rivers, 77, of Memphis, passed away on February 18, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 22, at Family Funeral Care on Summer Avenue, with a reception to follow. Interment will be at West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Mrs. Rivers was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Rivers. She is survived by daughters, Debra Jackson (David) and Linda “Cissy” Rivers (Jim Lindsey Jr.); her son, Wayne Rivers (Cindy); brothers, Victor Tarsi (Betty) and Al Tarsi; and grandsons, Adam & Mark Jackson, and Taylor Rivers.
