Gracie Lou "Mama" Stephens

Gracie Lou “Mama” Stephens passed away peacefully on July 14, 2015. She was 107 years old. A resident of Rainbow Health & Rehabilitation Center in Bartlett, TN. Gracie Lou was preceded in death by her husband Vasco William McKenney Stephens, daughter Elizabeth Jeanette Stephens Walcott and her loving granddaughter, Gracie Jean Lee Arata. The family will receive friends at a catered reception on Friday, July 17 from 5-8 p.m. and funeral services will be on Saturday, July 18 beginning at 2 p.m. all at Family Funeral Care located at 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN. Burial will follow the funeral in Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Germantown Parkway in Bartlett, TN. All services will be led by her nephew Rick Willman. Ms. Stephens is survived by her grandsons Emil Stephen Ferraris (Mary) of Bartlett, TN, Tony Lee (Kelly) of Fort Worth, TX, Fred Stephens (Lynn) of Bartlett, TN and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
