Grady Watson Jones Jr.

Grady Jones Jr, 83, of Germantown,TN passed away January 1, 2025. Grady was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and businessman. He was the President of the Grady W. Jones Company and the past President of Memphis Sport Shooting Association. He had a profound love of all shooting sports which he shared with both his children and grandchildren. Grady was an artist whose carvings were sought after by all those who saw them. As Grady got older you could find him at the Tobacco Shop with his friends solving the world's problems while smoking cigars. Grady leaves behind his wife of 59 years Loree, daughter Kathryn Cooper, son Grady W. Jones III (Bubba), daughter Courtney Jones, granddaughter Alexis Gangwish and grandsons Seth Cooper and Hunter Jones as well as two great-granddaughters.

The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday, January 08, 2025 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN 38122. The funeral service will take place Thursday, January 09, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the chapel at Family Funeral Care.
