Hazel Easley Moore, died on Saturday, November 24 at Millington Health Care Center after a prolonged illness.

She is survived by her daughter Judy Moore Payne (Terry) of Lakeland, TN; daughter-in-law Carole Park Moore; grandchildren Andy Moore, Chris Moore and Erik Garner; great-grandchildren Hayley Moore and Tatum Garner.

Hazel was preceded in death by her husband Malcolm Moore and son Phillip Moore.
