Hazel Marie Wyatt

Hazel Marie Wyatt, 88, went to be with Jesus on Thursday, the 19th of May, 2016. She is the oldest of twelve children born in Many, LA to the late Earnest and Minnie K. Goings. She was a very active member of Trinity Baptist Church in Southaven, Mississippi. Family and friends will gather on Sunday, the 22nd of May from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. and funeral services will be on Monday the 23rd of May commencing at 10 a.m., all at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum Street, Olive Branch, MS 38654. Mrs. Wyatt was preceded in death by six siblings: Ray Goings, Gaynell Fisher, Gladys Phillips, Albert Goings, Grady Goings and Lorie Hanks. Her legacy lives on through her husband of 63 years, James A. Wyatt; daughter, Diana (Jim) Ryans of Olive Branch, Mississippi; son, James P. Wyatt of Nashville, Tennessee; sisters, Opal Berry, Pat Goings, Gloria Stoser and Mary Baxter; brother, James "Blue" Goings; four grandchildren, Shelly Wyatt, Ricky Lomonaco, Ann Barnett and Cameron Lomonaco; three great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
