Ida Freda Parsons, 82, of Memphis, passed away Thursday April 24, 2014 in Memphis. Mrs. Parsons was a loving wife, mother grandmother and friend, and was of the Baptist Faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, James L. Parsons, two sons, David E. parsons and Richard L. Parsons, and one daughter, Janice L. Parsons. Mrs. Parsons is survived by one daughter, Geri Lynne Wiltshire, four grandchildren, Donna Ethridge, Troy Parsons, Lindsey Parsons Rowsey, and Whitney Parsons Keehner, and seven great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends Sunday, April 27, 2014 from 12-2pm and funeral service will be held at 2pm all at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave. Memphis. Interment service will be held at 10am Monday April 28, 2014 in Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd. Bartlett.
