IRWIN MORTON KAUFMAN, 88, of Memphis, died Sunday, November 16, 2014 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Collierville. Mr. Kaufman was born to the late Saul and Henrietta Kaufman and was a native of Clarksdale, MS. He was a WWII Army veteran and a member of Temple Israel. Mr. Kaufman was a kind, gentle and loving husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Hilda Baskind Kaufman; two daughters, Pam Laudenheimer (Donnie) and Carol Kahn (David); four grandchildren, Jeffrey, Holly, Hannah, and Ryan and three great-grandchildren, Hunter, Luke and Brylee. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 18 in Beth Israel Cemetery in Clarksdale, MS. A Memorial Service will also be held on Tuesday at 3 p.m. at Temple Israel in Memphis.
