He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Bettie Waldrop Bishop, and daughter, Charlotte Bishop.
Mr. Bishop is survived by his daughter Celia Bills (Ray) of Bartlett, Tennessee and two grandsons, Brad Bills of Nashville, Tennessee and Tim Bills (Chrissy) of Southaven, Mississippi.
