Ken loved spending time playing music on his many guitars. He was a self-taught musician who also shared his talent playing the piano with friends. After Ken graduated from Bartlett High School, he went on to learn all he could about heating and air conditioning, enjoying a lifelong passion as a maintenance technician.
Ken was preceded in death by his parents, James Kenneth Burk, Sr. and Vernean Drake Burk. He is survived by his sister, Pam Montgomery (David) of Clinton, Mississippi, and two nieces, Kelsi and Alexis.
A private family burial will take place when Ken is laid to rest beside his mother in Memorial Park Cemetery on Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN.
