James E. Fowler, 87, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away Monday, February 27, 2012. He was a retired teacher from Frayser High School and a veteran of the United States Navy. Mr. Fowler is survived by his wife of 56 years Mrs. Cleda Fowler; his daughter Susan Toombs of Memphis, Tennessee; son & daughter-in-law David & Yvette Fowler; son and daughter-in-law Michael & Yvonne Fowler all of Atoka, Tennessee. Mr. Fowler will be buried in the West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery.
