Jason Jonathan Gibbins Dawson, 47, passed away Friday the 25th of January, 2019 at his home in Memphis, TN. He was a gentle and kind man who loved his family and children. Jason was a talented, self-taught mechanic who attended Votech School and mastered the art of automobile mechanics. From an early age he had a love of sports and was known for his athletic abilities in both football and basketball. He loved watching his boys carry on his love of the sports and the courage they displayed on the field.
Jason will be missed deeply by those he left behind, his children, Garrett and Dalton Dawson; his mother, Elizabeth Dawson; his sister and her husband, Mark and Deborah Davis; his brother and his wife, Adam and Lynn Dawson; his grandmother, Virginia Masner; and his love, Susanne Dressa.
Memorial donations may be made in Jason’s name to the Memphis Union Mission, 383 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN.
