Jean Winston Hartz was born Elsie Jean Winston on April 7, 1927in Jacksonville, FL . She went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on April 9, 2016, joining her husband, Mark C. Hartz, and her younger son, Jon Brent Hartz. She and Mark were married forty-four years and had served together with Greater Europe Missions in France. She was a member of Grace Evangelical Church and Lakeland First Baptist Church. Jean is survived by her older son, Mark E. Hartz, his wife, Nancy Watts Hartz, grandchildren Cammie (Todd) Hughes of Lakeland, Amy (Jeff) Jones of Kansas City, MO, Paul (Aimee) of Lakeland, Peter (Stene't) of Lakeland, and nineteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Visitation will be Wednesday, April 13th at Family Funeral Care from 12:00pm-2:00pm with services to follow at 2:00pm. The burial will take place at Memorial Park Cemetery.
