Jean Marie Correia Oliver passed away at her home in Collierville on Saturday, December 17. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 19, 2010 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens Poplar Chapel from 5-8 p.m. A funeral mass will be held at the Catholic Church of the Incarnation in Collierville. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery. She was born July 3, 1968 in Memphis, TN. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Catherine; and her parents, Mary and Tom Marable; and two brothers, Tom Marable and Chris Marable; and a host of nieces and nephews. Her strong desire to help people led her to a fourteen year career with the Memphis Police Department. She loved spending time at Pickwick Lake with her family, where she enjoyed water skiing. She was a brave defender of those in need.
