Jeffrey Allen Wyatt, age 78 passed away February 27, 2026 in Germantown, Tennessee. He was born July 1, 1947 in Memphis, Tennessee, the son of the late Stanley and Virginia Cummings Wyatt. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Anita Gail Wyatt And daughter, Kimberly Laura Wyatt. He was a member of Grace Evangelical Church.
Jeff served his country in the United States Army including a tour in Vietnam in 1970. He returned to settle in Memphis and shortly after began his career as a self-employed salesman.
“Jeff Wyatt, Salesman Extraordinaire!” He took pride in his salesmanship and helping others with projects. He was a man of worth, kind and generous to all he encountered. But he was at his best, entertaining those around him with funny stories, corny jokes, and crazy mannerisms. He told stories about life lessons and good times, made sure to maintain his sense of humor, and prided himself on being an "expert conversationalist." He loved a good competition, whether on the racquetball court, playing shuffleboard or racing his daughter in the swimming pool.
Jeff was a fix-it man and always had a project to work on, using his favorite tools like a roll of silver duct tape and an old pair of shoelaces. He would fix or build things that served a purpose, even if they weren't pretty to look at.
There was always a tender spot in his heart for his dogs and cats, who were spoiled with lots of treats and walks.
On a more serious note, Jeff loved his family deeply and was devoted to his beloved wife, Anita and daughter, Kimberly. Caring for them was something he took very seriously and did joyfully. He traveled his path in life with love and laughter and a sincere desire to serve. He will be missed by friends, family and community.
