Jennifer is preceded in death by her mother, Sarah Helen Davison, father Dr. William Davis, and sister Bethany Davis. Jennifer was the stepdaughter of Robert C. Davison. She is survived by her husband of 43 years Richard Griffin of Memphis and sons Davis (and Mary) Griffin (Arlington, TN) and Evan (April) Griffin (Meridian, MS). Four granddaughters, Sarah Channing Griffin, Camille Griffin, Cora Adeline Griffin, London Reese Smith, and nephew Russell Johnson.
She attended and graduated from Vanderbilt University where she was a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority.
Jennifer was Vice President at Richard Griffin and Associates, and also worked as a Senior Account Manager at InnerWorkings. She was proud to serve as a direct mail specialist raising money for the children at St. Jude.
Jennifer was 72 years young and considered a sweet and caring person by those who knew her. She will always be remembered for her contagious smile, laughter and larger-than-life personality. She gave of herself in so many ways and touched the lives of so many.
The family requests memorials in lieu of flowers be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
