Dear Family, I remember Jerry so fondly from the very early days when we were  preachers' wives.  She was always kind to me and so supportive of my preparation for ministry and ordination when I was a young widow.  She will be missed, and please know you are in my prayers.  --Shirley Lynn

Phil-Your mother and dad and I were very close many years ago and your dad and I were together a lot-In recent years we have been separated by distance etc.
But great memories still linger and I loved them both-both were dead and buried before I learned of their deaths or I would have been to their funerals. My heart goes out to you for I know what it is to loose parents.

Her passing is our loss and Heaven's gain of a beautiful soul.  This precious lady was used by our Shepard to save me from myself in 1987 and many years after that.  I truly would not be writing this if God had not sent her during this dark and unbearable time.  Obviously HE was not through with me yet, but it took Jerry to make me see that.  I loved her so dearly.  My eyes are full of tears but my heart is full of joy that she is in the presence of out dear Lord.
Rev Earl married my present husband and I Nov 20, 1999 and she was there to witness my life continuing to grow in Christ and put the past behind me. I look forward to meeting her again someday.  My sincere prayers for your loss and the emptiness felt with her physical absence.
