My condolences to the family. My brother, Louis Craig, worked with Jimmie at the THP in the drivers' license bureau. He spoke fondly of Jimmie and "her Jack." I lost Louis in 2008 and I understand the loss the Pannell family is suffering. My prayer is that God will enfold the family and comfort them.
