JOHN H. EMERSON, 78, was called home Friday, October 10, 2014. John was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Pleasants Christian Church. He also loved bowling and slow pitch softball. John is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Lil Emerson. Visitation will be held Monday, October 13 from 5 to 7 pm at Pleasants Christian Church, 6405 Hwy. 194, Rossville, TN. Funeral service will be Tuesday at 2 pm at the church with burial to follow in Pleasants Cemetery in Rossville.
