John C. McCarver, III, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017. He was born July 5, 1962 to John and Sally McCarver. John was employed with the United States Postal Service for 23 years. He was preceded in death by his father, John McCarver. He is survived by his mother Sally McCarver, children, Brian (Angie) McCarver, Stephen Booth and Jessica McCarver. He also leaves his brothers, Patrick L. McCarver and Richard L. Cox.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-7 p.m. Monday April 3, 2017 at Family Funeral Care with the funeral service to begin at 7 pm that same evening. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in John's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
