

He was a 33 year employee at FedEx Express as a Senior Handler. He also helped establish Gaslight Liquor Shoppe on Summer Ave. Mr. Ciaramitaro was an avid music, sports and Nascar lover. He was a loving husband, father and friend. He will always be remembered for his true devotion to his family.
He is survived by his wife, Janet E. Jones Ciaramitaro; one daughter Stephanie Maree Cureton and one son Joseph A. Ciaramitaro II. He also leaves one sister Julie Gattas and his parents, Angelo and Margaret Ciaramitaro as well as a very large and loving extended family. The family will receive friends with refreshments provided at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Ave. Monday evening, June 17, 2013, 5:00 – 7:00 pm with a Rosary to take place at 7:00pm. Everyone, even those of other faith’s are most welcome to attend. Funeral services will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Cordova, Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 2:00 pm with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family requests donations to be made to The American Heart Association.
