Joseph Paul Nadicksbernd, age 64 of Collierville, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013. He was born in Dayton, Kentucky to the late Herman Elmer Nadicksbernd and Loretta Hein Nadicksbernd. He was a graduate and current athletic director of Christian Brothers University. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Carol Phillips Nadicksbernd; two sons, Russell (Heather) and Spencer (Jennifer) Nadicksbernd; four sisters, Sisters Mary Ann, Ruth, and Juanita Nadicksbernd and Mrs. Diane Breitenstein (John); one brother, Reverend Elmer Nadicksbernd; three grandchildren, Sara, Madeleine, and Joseph Nadicksbernd. The family will receive friends at St. Louis Catholic Church on Saturday, September 21 from 10-12, with a funeral mass to follow. Burial will be at Memorial Park cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Christian Brothers University Athletic Scholarship Fund, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, or Sisters of Divine Providence in Melbourne, Kentucky.
