Judy Rowe Manspeaker, 79, passed away on September 29, 2018. She was retired from Consolidated Freightways. Mrs. Manspeaker was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Manspeaker and son-in-law, Jim A. Young. She is survived by her two children, Meredith Young and Tony Rowe (Tina) and one step-daughter, Roberta Hudson (Ronnie).
