Judy L Shaw

Born on April 23, 1943, in Memphis, Judy was the beloved daughter of the late Flavius and Lou Shaw. She spent her life rooted in faith, often finding comfort and joy in reading the Bible. Judy also had a creative and gentle spirit, and she enjoyed crocheting, knitting, and coloring in her quiet time.

She will be lovingly remembered by her cousins: Teresa Brewer, Erin Brewer, Janet Panell, Katherine Henderson, Sharon Hendrix (Terry), Diane May, Johnny Little, Brenda Swan (Steve), and James Lessell (Ann).

Family and friends are invited to gather in Judy’s memory on Wednesday, April 23rd. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN, with a service to follow at 1:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Memphis Memory Gardens, 6444 Raleigh Lagrange Rd, Memphis, TN.

Judy will be remembered for her quiet strength, her faith, and the love she gave so freely to those around her.
