June Grinder

June Grinder, 92, of Memphis, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Mrs. Grinder was a former member of Georgian Hills Baptist Church and was currently a member of Cordova Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Orville “RC” Grinder, and together they founded RC Grinder Welding Co., now known as Grinder Fabricating & Erection, Inc. in Memphis. She was also preceded in death by her second husband of 10 years, William Conrad Fox, her grandson, Mark Grinder, one brother, and five sisters. Mrs. Grinder is survived by two sons, Jimmy “RC” Grinder (Martha) and Richard Grinder (JoAnne), one daughter, Priscilla Grinder Mongue (Harry), as well as four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 from 10am until the service begins at 11am, all at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave. Memphis, TN 38122.
