Justin "Scotty" Smith 26 years old, passed away July 24,2023 at Methodist University Hospital. He worked as a stagehand for CES. Justin "Scotty" Smith was a loving Son, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. He was preceded in death by his Nana, Jane Tucker, and oldest brother, Jonathan Hipp. He is survived by his mom, Tracy Smith, His dad James Hipp, His second family Roger, Rhonda, and Allen Clark, sisters, Jessica Strong, and brothers Brian and Dylan Smith. He will be greatly missed by his niece Madison, and Nephew Jayden. John, Ashley, deAnna and other nieces and nephews and friends. Justin also leaves to cherish his memory his best friend Bianca. Justin was devoted to his family and friends and loved the outdoors. One of his favorite Bible scriptures was 2 CORINTHIANS 5:17 "Anyone that belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!" (NLT). A Visitation will take place Tuesday August 1,2023 at 5-7pm at Family Funeral Care 4925 Summer Ave Memphis TN 38122. All are Welcome.
