Kenneth Wade "Sonny" Edwards, 87, of Memphis, passed away February 17, 2018. A retired repairman for Ace Appliance, Kenneth was a 1949 graduate of Toccapola High School (MS), an Army veteran wounded during his service in Korea, and an avid hunter and fisherman who seldom missed an Ole Miss football game. He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Sue (Duncan) Edwards; his parents, Herbert Wade and Lucy Mae (Black) Edwards; and his sisters Edna Earl Loptien and Leah Jean James. Services will be held Saturday, February 24, at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave., Memphis, TN 38122. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until the service at 2:00. No interment service. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity of your choice.
