Larry E. Davis, 74, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2016. He served four years with the U.S. Air Force, retired from MLG&W and was a long time member of the Moose Lodge. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Beth Wenzler Davis; one daughter, Kristi Raiford of Bartlett, TN; one son, Bill Burrell of Houston, TX; two brothers, Kenny and Jerry Davis, both of Knoxville, TN; four granddaughters; and one great granddaughter. His family would like to give a special thanks to his caregiver, Tamara Norman. A short visitation will take place Sunday, from 1 pm until his service begins at 2 pm at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave. Everyone is invited to stay afterwards for a reception and fellowship with the family.
