Larry C. Murphy, 73, of Memphis, TN passed away January 4, 2018. He was born January 29, 1944 to Ralph and Hazel Murphy in Booneville, MS. After graduating, he became a City of Memphis Fire Fighter until his retirement in 1988.
Mr. Murphy is survived by his loving wife Anita. He is also survived by his mother, Hazel Murphy, one brother, Patrick Murphy, one sister, Rema Murphy, three daughters, Jennifer (Steven) Wallis, Teresa Coop and Laura (Don) Smith, one step-son Chris Drewery, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many more family and friends. He also leaves 3 loving and devoted fur babies.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Murphy, and two step-sons, Rondy Drewery and Michael Drewery.
