Lula Belle Wooten

Lula Belle Wooten, 78 went to be with our Lord and Savior on Friday, January 19, 2018. She was preceded in death by her parents Gordon Raye & Lula Pauline Ammons Glenn, her husband Glenn Alfred Wooten who passed May 2013 and son Timothy Glenn Wooten in December 2008. She is survived by her daughter, Traci Wooten Piercey, son-in-law, Jon Piercey, grandchildren Kayli Swinford, Justin Wooten, Christy Piercey and Matthew Piercey; great-grandson Brantley Timothy Wooten; two sisters Mary Ann Garris and Brenda Anerton; half-brother Charles Glenn and half-sister Zelma Blackwell. Mrs. Wooten had been a member of Raleigh Baptist Church, now Bartlett Hills Baptist Church, since the late 1960s. Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 from 6pm - 8pm and the funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 24 beginning at 10a.m. all at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN 38122.
