Mary Magdalene "Madge" Chambers passed away peacefully at her home in Parthenon, AR on March 17, 2017. She was a member of Merton Avenue Baptist Church of Memphis, TN, where she also sang in the choir. She is the daughter of Alph and Ida Bone, born May 28, 1927. She married John Chambers and they had two sons, Ronnie and Larry Chambers. She is survived by Ronnie, Larry, Lisa and three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren as well as four great great grandchildren. Services for Mrs. Chambers will be taking place at the Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Avenue, Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at Ten o'clock in the morning.
