Margaret Estelle Lincoln

Margaret Estelle Lincoln, 93, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2021. She was born on January 20, 1928 to Vernon and Mildred Snyder in Syracuse, NY. Margaret had a special love for reading. She loved taking river boat cruises with her husband Chester. Margaret had a great interest in history and her particular interest was the Civil War. She is preceded in death by her husband, Chester Lincoln; parents, Vernon and Mildred Lincoln; sister, Betty LaFlame; brother, Dick Snyder; and niece, Janice Bennet. Margaret is survived by her sons, Mark Douglas Lincoln (Shelly), and Scott Chester Lincoln; and grandchildren, Alex, Mary Kate, Joshua, and Matthew Lincoln. There will be a gathering of friends on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 1-2pm with a funeral service to immediately follow at 2pm all at Family Funeral Care, 4925 Summer Ave., Memphis, TN 38122. Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Marine Corps Toys for Tots or Marine Corps Heritage Foundation.
