She was preceded in death by her husbands, Richard Earl Bellamy and Leonard Alfred Hodges and three sons, Karl Bellamy, Kevin Bellamy and Keith Hodges.
She is survived by a daughter, Karen Chaffin and her husband Sean June; two sons, Kenneth Bellamy and Craig Hodges, and two granddaughters, Olivia Chaffin and Abigail Chaffin.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 12 p.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 8151 Poplar Avenue, Germantown. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to Mass.
