An attendee of The University of Central Arkansas, and a graduate from Elliston Baptist Academy, and Concorde Academy, she took pride in her work and loved to travel. Her strong spirit and caring nature was second only to her passion for sports.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert & Carolyn Folger, and Thomas & Mary Nell Cotten, her aunts, Varney Rannells and Virginia Tufts, and her mother, Cynthia Cotten. She is survived by her father Thomas Cotten, her aunt, Kay Cotten, her partner Julius Slaughter, her cousins, and her many friends.
Service will be on Thursday, May 8th at 2pm with visitation from 1pm-2pm at Memphis Funeral Home on Poplar Avenue. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure or another charity of your choosing.
Serving as pallbearers are Brooks Monypeny, Thomas Monypeny, Julius Slaughter, Peter Tufts, Nolan Baker and Blake Warmath.
