Maxine Warner Phillips, 77, of Memphis, retired University of Memphis International Studies. Family will receive friends Friday, May 6 from 5-7pm at Community of Christ with the services to be Saturday, May 7 at 2pm at Community of Christ. Burial will take place at Memphis Memory Gardens. She was a member of Community of Christ Peace Chapel. She leaves 4 daughters Melody Staub, Kathy Mathis, Cindy Blackwell, Melissa and husband Kevin Vance, sister Dianne Wilson, 9 grandchildren, and 4 great grand children.
