She was born to the late Claude S. and Ima Crawford, June 8,1925, in Jackson, Tennessee. She married the late Rudolph Langley in 1949, and they were married for 64 years in Memphis.
Nancy was predeceased by her loving husband in 2014.
She is survived by her son, Bill; daughters, Gail and Carol; and brother, Russell Crawford. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Sylvia, Andrew, and Tatianna; and many nieces and nephews.
Nancy graduated from Ripley High School in 1944, graduated from Memphis College of Business in 1945 and attended Memphis Academy of Art in 1945-46.
Nancy cared deeply for her family and friends, not out of obligation, but because of who she was. She was always the first to offer help. Nancy was immensely proud of her family and friends, and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.
A private service was held at the family’s request.
Interment will be in West Tennessee Veteran's Cemetery.
