Nancy Judith McCoy Coates

Mom, Granny, Great Granny, Nancy Judith Coates, age 82, of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away peacefully on Monday September 9, 2019 at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House in Collierville, TN.

She was born to Marvin and Bertha McCoy on December 16, 1936 in Madison County, Tennessee. Nancy was raised on her family's farm and enjoyed sharing precious memories of her childhood. Jackson, Tennessee was definitely home to her. She later married and traveled alongside her husband while he served in the United States Army.

Nancy Judith was a strong, determined and fiercely independent woman. She will be missed greatly by many of her friends and family.

Special thanks to all the staff at the Baptist Reynolds Hospice House. The love that has been extended to our family has left us speechless and forever grateful.

Don't underestimate the power of forgiveness. The Lord's unfailing love and mercy still continue, fresh as the morning, as sure as the sunrise (Lamentations 3:22-23.)
