Although her absence void will always be felt, I know she is in a better place and much more happy and peaceful. She will always remain in the spirits whosever life she touched.  Maa - we love ❤️ you. I will always cherish that one quick small laugh when I played clown talking to you.

My Mother in law, a pious soul full of love and compassion.  As a daughter in law I got few rare opportunities to be around her whenever they visited us or normally we visited them for vacation. There are lots of memories that I will cherish forever.  I got a close association when she came to stay with us. By then she was bed bound and did not talk. So we spoke to each other with our eyes.  Although she spoke with her eyes, she taught and left me with important life lessons.  The most important lesson was  “Life is a painting in the eyes of a beholder painted with emotions, experiences and choices one made during our journey on earth.” 

Thakuma, you will always be remembered by me. You will be missed by all who knew you and may your soul rest in peace. ❤

Time may pass and fade away but memories of you will always stay. Maa, you were loved by all and will be greatly missed. May your soul rest in peace.

She was a great lady of always smiling and helping others. I had an opportunity to accompany her to the pilgrimage to Varanasi and we all enjoyed a lot.

Dear Pinku and Tuki I am really sorry for your loss . But I am proud that you both took much care of her. Though she left us physically her soul will always be there to take care of you. I cannot describe my relationship with her. It was the most beautiful relationship a person needs to have in life. 

I have lots of memories of my Kakima. She was like a friend and sister to me. I could share all things with her. She always appreciated my embroidery work . I loved the food she cooked especially the khichadi and kheer during the navratri days. I used to wait for it the whole year. I would also like to thank her for giving me two lovely brothers who care for me though being at a long distances. She taught me Bengali language to read and write also. Some people are with us always. Kakima is one of them. She will always remain in my heart safe and loved.

Loved the old fotos!
Way back at Menon school, when your mom would pick you up, she always had an aura of serenity around her. Calm and patient. Your mom has clearly passed that down to you. 
She looks so frail and feeble in that one foto and she could carry on thus far, inspite of that,  only because of the love you had and showed for her while taking care of her.

Hope you are able to find strength during this difficult time.

Her blessings will always be with you, whatever you do and wherever you go.
