To the Taper’s Family, what  an awesome , amazing , unique and caring  Mom, sister, aunt and to other related  relatives, Norman J. Taper, will be truly missed. Iam  so Blessed and Grateful to  have had  the opportunity to work with her at the SCSO Jail Release area, sharing our experiences and ideas .  An awesome, unique and inspiring  person and friend. Brown, serves as Senior Servant/Pastor-Teacher, and the Rev. Richard Garnett serves as Senior Associate, wish to express our deepest heartfelt sympathy and condolences to my spiritual sibling sisters, Pam, Birdie, Natalie and the entire Bereaved Family, in the HOMEGOING of their beloved eldest sibling, Sis. Norma J. Taper.  

When hearts are saddened by the loss of one so dear, the courage that we truly need is very difficult to find through human expression, for our hearts and minds are not naturally equipped to physically handle such a bereavement experience without supernatural help. We encourage you to put your trust in the God of all comfort, for ONLY God holds the PEACE to penetrate the wounded soul, and to heal the broken hearted.  Our Heavenly Father has the power to turn your sorrow into joy and your tears into laughter by replaying those matchless, memorable moments shared.

As 1 Thessalonians 4: 13-18 confirms with crystal clear clarity, our Lord’s promise is truly a glorious and triumphant sound of victory for those who trust in Him, for He has prepared a place for those who even die in Him.
