Carroll & Kristina Bledsoe extend our deepest sympathies in the death of Otto. My husband is the retired Plant Manager for the Memphis United States Postal Service and Otto was my manager for a period at the plant. He also supported me as the founder of the Post Office Gospel Choir. He was an excellent Tour Superintendent for the United States Postal Service and truly a good person to work with and for. We pray God's blessings upon you, Barbara and family, that God will hold you in the palm of His hands as you grieve the loss of your jusband and father. May God continue to bless you and keep you in His care.
