She married Denver Harman Bowman in 1969 and helped raise his two sons Denver Jr. and David. She traveled the world as a teacher and touched the lives of many through her good Christian life, love, and generosity. She passed away from complications related to Alzheimer’s on the 10th of June 2025 in Galveston, Texas.
She is survived by her sister Peggy Joy Speck, nephews David and Christopher and her son David Hearl Bowman (daughter in law Leigh Ann), 4 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren.
A funeral service for Patricia will be held Saturday, August 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Memphis Funeral Home, 5599 Poplar Ave, Memphis, Tennessee, followed by a committal service at 11:00 AM.
Patricia will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, Tennessee.
Serving as pallbearers are David Speck, Christopher Speck, David Bowman, David Bowman Jr., Preston Bond, Karlus Pulley, and Michael Warren.
