Today heaven gained a beautiful angel.

God looked around His garden,
and found and empty space
Then He looked down upon this earth
And saw your tired face
He put His arms around you
And lifted you to rest
God's garden must be beautiful
He only takes the best."

Every time I care for your African violets, I'll think of you and how you loved them.
Every time I hear a hymm, I'll think of you and your strong faith.
Every time I am stressed I'll hear your voice saying I'm too blessed to be stressed, as your years made you oh so wise.
Every time I see the color yellow, I'll think of you and how it would brighten your day.

Saying goodbye is hard but I know you will always be in my heart and watching over me and my growing family. Our little one did not get to meet you on earth but I know they will be blessed as you'll be a wonderful guardian angel to all of your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Yesterday, we lost one of the most faithful, God-sent women that the Lord blessed us with for almost 92 years. Her love she had for Our Lord and the life she lived following in Christ, never went unnoticed.

Every night grandma called us to check up on Harper Rene, reminded us how blessed we truly were (& still are), and that God loves each and every one of us unconditionally. This amazing woman prayed for all of us every single day. There is no doubt in my mind that I will miss (but cherish) so many of our childhood memories, our late night phone chats, & the continuous prints to Walgreens just so she could have Harper’s photos hanging up all around her home.

Grandma, there are no words to describe the emptiness we will feel these upcoming days, months, & years ahead of us. But believing you have walked through those pearly gates, & are now with our Heavenly Father, puts our hearts at ease. We will do the best to serve our Lord the way you did for 92 years. Please continue to shine down on us as we remember all the days you brought sunshine in our lives here on earth.
❤️ We love you grandma.

Aunt Patti was always faithful in calling mom nightly. We always looked forward to hearing her voice and from her. We are going to miss hearing from her. But we have fond memories. She is truly loved and missed.

Mom is holding a snowball in her hand in the photo . She loved snow so much that Jeff ( her oldest son) and Wendy his wife brought her real snowballs for her 90th birthday party which we had at my beautiful workplace Ballet Memphis!

Tonight it snowed, just for her... she was asking for it always! Perhaps she had a hand in this little blessing and reminder of her dear presence that will always be by my side..
Love you Mom,
